The September 2021 Obstruction Report details how as the City continues its efforts in fighting for fair access to the grid and decreasing dependence on PG&E, important City projects are still being delayed by PG&E’s obstruction. PG&E continues to impose unnecessary requirements on projects resulting in delays and additional costs.
